Return & Exchange Policy

Queen Hair Wholesale is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return or exchange, please refer to our Return/Exchange policy below. 

Queen Hair Wholesale. extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with. 

Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • The Order is within 7 days from the arrival date.

  • • Item is in its original condition and can be resold.

  • • Item is unopened or altered with and in its original packaging.

  • • Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $50 restocking fee. 

  • • Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.

  • • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Queen Hair unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

  • • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • • All clearance items are final sale.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at queenhairnj@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for liquids,  Eyelashes , wig care collections included (glue, edge control, melt spray, glue remover, wax stick. 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards.

Shipping fee is not returnable.. if you get a free shipping we reduce shipping fee from your return 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
